This was pointed at me and others this morning, fired (luckily missed and hit his car) at another neighbor by a longtime "guest" of the Gail Miller Resource Center. The GMRC security and staff is aware of at least two of these in the possession of "guests" and despite these weapons being brought inside the GMRC, they were not confiscated.
